Christian Eco-Spiritual Reflections

About Me

I studied at the Franciscan Theology in Berkeley, CA, and over the last decade, I’ve trained as a teacher, spiritual director, and as birth and end-of-life doulas. My specialties include Christian spirituality in relationship with eco-spirituality and science, and I work with people of various faith backgrounds and of the LGBTQ+ community.

As I’ve moved through various transitions and seasons in my own life, I’ve come to see the importance of having a safe community or person to hold space for reflection, meaning-making, and transformation. This journey isn’t always easy, some seasons feel more challenging to navigate than others. But when we reflect on the wisdom we find in creation, it slowly shapes who we are, helping us see life’s patterns and trust the unfolding of our own story.

Just as the Earth orchestrates each season with care to maintain balance, we, too, begin to recognize the intentionality in our own lives when we zoom out and look at the bigger picture. With time, these patterns guide us back to ourselves and remind us of our place in the larger web of life.

I currently live in Portland, OR, and am open to traveling. I’ve had the joy of living in different parts of the United States – California, Florida, Louisiana, New York, and now Oregon – as well as Italy and South Korea. I feel deeply grateful for the many people across the globe whom I consider expanded family.
